Ibrahim bin Abdullah Al-Ghadani is a senior legal consultant and a licensed attorney in the Supreme Court of Oman since 2018. He graduated from Ain Shams University in Egypt (1998) and earned a Higher Diploma in International Commercial Law from Ain Shams University (2005). With over 17 years of extensive experience in the banking sector, he has served as an in-house legal advisor at Oman International Bank (2000–2007) and the National Bank of Oman (2007–2017). He managed commercial litigation across Oman, the UAE, and Egypt, handling critical legal cases and supervising external legal teams. In 2011, his role expanded to include retail litigation. Before transitioning into private practice, he held the position of Head of Legal at the National Bank of Oman. His areas of expertise include commercial disputes, corporate agencies, construction law, debt recovery, finance, labor law, insurance, shipping, and aviation law. He also advises on company formation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
